Ingredients
- 8–10 large button mushrooms
- 100 g low-fat paneer, crumbled
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
Method
- Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.
- Finely chop the mushroom stems.
- Heat olive oil and sauté garlic, onion, capsicum, and chopped mushroom stems.
- Add paneer, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the prepared mixture.
- Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
- Garnish with parsley or coriander and serve warm.
