Ingredients:
- Soya granules
- water to soak
- Sirka(vinegar)
- Eggs,slightly whisked or soya atta or besan
- Salt to taste
- Garlic paste
- Black pepper powder
- Cloves, powdered
- Badi elaichi , seeds only, powdered
- Spring onions leaves only, finely chopped
- Hari mirch, finely chopped
- Red chilli powder
- Oil for roasting
- Onion rings and lemon wedges for garnishing
Method:
- Soak the soya in water and sirka for half an hour and drain .
- Blend soya well to make a smooth, doughty paste.
- Add egg/besan/soya atta, salt, garlic paste, kali mirchi, cloves and elaichi powder, spring onions, hari mirch and red chilli powder.
- Blend again and shape into flat round balls.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Roast the cutlets to a golden brown on both sides.
- Serve garnished with onion rings and lemon wedges.
